- Nomination of Carrier
If customers have any preferred transportation company, we will make the shipment at their convenience as all freight charge are at the customer’s expense. We will determine the shipping schedule with the transportation company depending on the publication.
- Delivery Terms
A. Delivery Terms - Sewon Precision Printing shall ship the manuals on a basis of F.O.B Korea Incheon airport or Busan port ( as per INCOTERMS 2010). If customers choose an inappropriate method of freight based on shipping weight, we will recommend the most economical way for them to ship their goods.
B. Delivery Terms - CIF (COST, INSURANCE and FREIGHT) We recommend the customer carry insurance as they are responsible for all risks during delivery. Insurance will cost less than fifty dollars for each shipment and will be issued by a first class underwriter. The insurance can be arranged by customers if requested.
C. Delivery Terms - CFR (FREIGHT AND COST) We will make a shipment on the basis of CFR (Cost and Freight) when we are required to do so. We will let customers know the weight, so that they can figure out the freight charge before we make a shipment.
Prior to the shipment, quality inspections will be conducted on the manuals.
The manuals shall be packed in accordance with Sewon Precision Printing standard export packing practices and shall be marked in accordance with the reasonable instruction of you.
Sewon Precision Printing will prepare the following documents for all such manuals supplied to customers.
1) Commercial Invoice
2) Packing List
3) Bill of lading
4) Other documents agreed to by you and Sewon Precision Printing (Certificate of origin, Original B/L for Ocean etc...)
You will be informed of the shipment schedule with these above documents by E-mail.
- Excusable Failure or Delay
When the delivery fails or is delayed by natural disaster, we will find a way to solve the problem promptly. If there is no way to find the missing manuals or those damaged by nature, we will reprint them and send you as soon as possible for the consumers' sake.
- It will be appreciated if the customer let us know when the shipment is forwarded. We recommend the customers to click the ‘Collect’ button on our website.
